Go to 20 thats what I use... I had the same problem with my roots.

you don't need to transplant, you don't need to take any action. your plants are healthy and shooting roots rapidly. This is a good thing to have happen, and it isn't a problem at all. you may need to water more often than you usually do, but don't go transplant from a 10 gallon to anything larger, it just isn't necessary

Dig a hole fill it with good soil cut the bottom off of the 10gal then they can still thrive

you can trim the roots if you feel you need to do something, but you don't, if you're outside, they will grow into the ground. It will only make moving your container a little more difficult.

they will air prune themselves you dont need to do anything.

The pot is already in the ground with rocks under that to help with drainage.

You need those roots don't trim them.
