what to do with dry ice scraps?

So got about 2 pounds of scrap left from a dry ice run. There's a ton of gold left in that bowl. Normally i would just simmer it in butter to extract it and make some pretty potent edibles.

But this time... wanna try something different. Any ideas on how to seperate the gold from the ore?

At first i thought you meant dry ice scraps... This was brought to mind by the question...Although, not an answer to your question, here's an idea of what to do with leftover dry ice scraps.... Put the dry ice in a garbage can with any plants you suspect may have mites or whatever... Don't put the plants directly on the dry ice.... Seedlings that don't show any pests will benefit... place the lid on the can, and as the dry ice sublimes, co2 will fill the can and kill everything that breathes air.. Left undisturbed, it wont leak out the co2...
