What to do with half oz of after vape?

1/2 oz of after vape isn't going to do much for you. I mean I use that much in brownies or crispie treats... and that's a minimum

Dont chuck it out. Use it in butter or something but dont waste it.
If vaped at anything over 400 degrees chances are there's little to no active cannabanoids left therefore rendering it useless. Unless of course quality and potency aren't concerns you could make some ghetto junk oil or weak gross tasting edibles.

Like others have said if you vape at the temp required you're not going to be left with anything that is unusable for cooking or extraction unless taste and potency are of no concern, you just end up concentrating that nasty smell and taste of a cashed vaporizer bowl. Plus that stuff counts as real weight if the law shows up and it could put you over a limit or into a worse charge depending on your situation.

I vape at 370 to 375F, then I use the leftovers, along with my shake & stuff to make ISO extract. Been working so far.

The flip side of the coin is of course, that if you vape long and hard enough to get all the oil, you will have already cooked it past the point of optimum taste.
We prefer to vape off the tasty stuff and extract the rest for an oral or topical.
So far in Oregon, sanity has prevailed and we have no such draconian MMJ laws. Given the number of dis-eases that are treated with oral and topical medications, those laws in other medical states, would be the first thing I would suggest petitioning for change. Many of our most effective potions include ostensibly non active ingredients like coconut oil to slow down the liver, and intake through the lungs is ineffective for some types of diseases.

I always vaped in the low 300's. This decarboxylation made me brownies ridiculous. I mean almost too strong. Still plenty of thc and cnb left. I'd grind it up in my coffee grinder then add a half cup espresso beans. Add it all to my oil and heat. Then follow the recipe as follows. They made my brother temp pass out and vomit in his own mouth...no joke! I warned him but he didn't listen.
