So. I had started a DWC setup awhile back, things where going good. I built it myself, everything worked. Had 4 out of 6 sprout nicely. Well Something came up, So was going to build a grow box, since the attic stay's so cold at night. Since my time and budget and basic carpentry skills are all lacking, The project got scrapped. I gave up growing, for a few weeks till a special visitor leaves my house for back home. Here's my problem. When I was Gungho on the DWC set up and building a box, I started germinating some seed. These 12 came from a OZ of some nice Kind ... I had access too. You think they are any good? At the time I germinated 9 thinking i should get about 6... Well today I have 8 sprouts!!!! I have them on the top shelf of my closet, in two plastic bins about 7 inches long, 4 wide and 4-5 deep. They are in the little seed starter's seed in a soil-less plug, Sitting in a 3-4iches of hydroton. They are sitting under a 105 watt (6200 lumens) light. I have 1 to 2 fans going, since is is a cramped space, tends to get a bit warm with that light.
I was thinking A. Switch to the small CFL's I have a 100 watt 1600 lumens bulb, i have up to 3 of those plus the 105 watt bigboy. I water them with bottled water room temp. Put a drop of superthrive in and shake it up and feed them Morning, after work around 530ish. Then snack around 830 and nightcap at around 11-12. Just a splash of water to get the plugs not soaked but ummm sponge like? Basically I just need to keep them alive for the next 2 1/2 weeks and the DWC will be up and running in the attic temps around here will be high 60's to mid 70's to come. So they should be good with the reflector stuff I got.
Any suggestions on how to keep the going and get the strong to convert to the dwc when the time comes, so I can give a few weeks of veg. and sex them ?
Thanks
