Well i am a newbie oh course and just transplanted for a 4 gal bucket into a 20 gal tub and it just started showing her hairs should i keep giving her veg nutrients or bloom the others are showing sex as well or should i wait a couple more weeks i grow outside and will flower outside thanks for your help

Keep giving her Nitrogen for the stretch before flowering. I would put her outdoors so that the Fall nights can flower her out.
 
If you have some hairs now you'll need to start bloom fert soon. You can wait till you get tiny buds and then change if you like.
