Looks like spider mite webbing.

very small 1mm or so little spiders that destroy plants if not dealt with.

Thanks for the quick responses. I had thought of that, but was not sure. Should I treat the other plants that are near this one?

Im not clued up on spidermite erradication or preventitive measures, but dont rule out a cure and a method for keeping them away. Ive heard of a few organic home made recipes and some off the shelf stuff you could try out at your stage of bloom. Get them in check ASAP and treat the whole county just to be sure, failing that, Napalm the neighbourhood, burn all your clothes, Ostracise yourself from anyone within 250 miles, shave yourself to within a MM of your blood vessels and get the next rocket to the moon and start over.

Good Luck

After reading up on Spidermites seems like opinions vary on how to treat them. I’m leaning towards Azamax to attack them and and neem oil For prevention. Any ideas? Also, should I spray the buds?

Absolutely do not spray ANYTHING on the buds!! Soak the rest of the foliage that you can without getting it on the buds!! Make sure when you spray the Neem oil that you spray it only when your lights go off or at night time when the sun goes down if it's an outdoor gro.
