might be an aphid larvae, what ever it is, it needs to die.

Notice how the root aphids have 2 rear tail pipes. You can see them on each stage of life in your pics. I read this is what you want to look on aphids. Mine does not appear to have this featureanswered in other thread

2nd pic looks just like what I have. But I don't get why my seedlings died and my clones are growing mutated. Soil mites don't hurt the plantif not an aphid than a soil mite

Looks like Hypoaspis Miles.
Clones can grow mutated and funky, especially if taken during flower.
