Im going to be blunt and say you need a better setup. Painting the walls white would make a huge difference and instead of letting your plant grow tall and natural and surrounding it with cfls, you should train it next time and have your cfls lines up at the top, a scrog would work great. What are you feeding them

You have several weeks left before this plant is done and ready to harvest. I wouldn't even be worring about when you can smoke it just yet.
I agree with the above that it needs some nitrogen in it's diet. Give it a nute with a high nitrogen in it.

well fan leaves do help 
but as it is you have to just finish it out as best you can, you may end up with a half oz when done. and dont feel bad there are tons of grows on here that you put to shame. some people still try to grow with incandescents and halogen flood lights, hell even i did when i first started, till some kind informative souls set me straight.

Yeah first indoor this was it at start LOLz everyone said it was dead but 1 guy said keep growing it and see so i did freaking out only 5 clf 23 to 26 watt lights i have the shittyist setup need N thowell fan leaves do help

You must have talked to stupid people( a lot of people only think they know what they are talking about), looked like it needed watering to me, what did you do to recover? just keeped it under 100 watt house lights 3 of them Lucky because iv only ever have 2 seeds and they where female One outdoor 2 years ago

let it go a while longer but it will be ok to smoke-you have some trichomes in there.but you need to let your plants get bushier,when its 5 in. or so put a cfl 3 in.above it let some branches get going.

Very Sativa looking strain there. You can see red pistils in the close-up. Looks like a Mexican or something. Definitely not a good strain for indoor growing, by the looks of it. Anybody's guess what's causing the lower leaves to die. Could be overwatering or any number of problems with the soil.
