I'm not into anal no matter how many beers I've had, It feels like a giant turd being pushed in and out of my ass or like having to shit really bad, it's uncomfortable, I guess some people like it but not me.

No, the upper floors of buildings extended several feet past the ground floor in early London. The were no underground sewers, drains, or trash pickup. People threw their garbage and the contents of their "chamber pots" out the windows onto the street. A gentleman walked between the lady and the open sewers they called streets. Can you imagine how nasty it was being splashed with sewage thrown from a second story window?
