What would this 3 COB LED Vero 29 kit compare to in HPS?

260 watts draw. 3 Vero 29 COBs. Is this about a 400 HPS equivalent or a little less? I know I know - you cannot compare....but let's try.

Is this a decent deal and are Vero 29's still good?

If not - where do I get a hunk of metal like that?

Like one of the reviews stated, if you try running it at max power it overheats to the point he feels it's dangerous. I'd make sure you get the B version to dim it down. Or just get the SST140 pin heatsinks seen HERE if you want a passively cooled option.
