Ok hope everyone is well and happy new year.
I have 2 8ball kush plants from barneys farm seeds.
They will be 2 weeks old soon.
I started them from seed in solo cups with 100% coco.
They have been under cfls from the start.
I was thinking of using a waterfarm for the 1st time with 1 plant.
I was also thinking of planting each into there own 3 gallon smart pot with coco
and doing a scrog grow.
I will be using a 400w mh/hps light for the grow.
So my question is, what would you do?
Grow 1 nice plant in the waterfarm or scrog both plants?

Or one in the waterfarm and one in coco? What if the one you throw out ends up being some badass genetics?

lol. I've never killed a plant unless it was a male, never could bring myself to. If I were ever to that point I would just push it to the back and not focus on it as much. I had a hermi once, so I set up a box with 1 cfl right on it and a small fan in the back. Plucked any pollen sacs I found before they could open, which was easy work as the buds were pretty small. I only got about a quarter oz from it, but to this day I think that top cola was one of the most potent buds I ever smoked.. Not great genetics, but there was still something to be gained by growing it.

I have a question, Have you ever seen Swiftrans 24W led bulbs?
I am asking because I have 2 of them, should I use these on my seedlings?
Instead of the cfls?

What color is the light emitted from the led's? Cool white or daylight cfl's have always worked for me, you just have to keep them about 3-4 inches above the plant and make sure they don't start stretching and grow into the light. If the led's are cool white or daylight I would imagine they will work the same. I've only used the low wattage led bulbs to hang in my room for when I take pictures.
