What would you do with a crawl space?

Heights of this little space are in circles on diagram.
ventilation is a big question, I have a 4" line run to an attic about 8 ' up and the fan is in the attic.

I have two Sunlite Hoods, a 600 HPS and a 400 HID, 4-T 5 1'x2' fixtures and a 160 CFM 4" inline blower.
the space is very confined height is the obvious problem, that and I am a beginner.
I am planning SCROG or SOG, defiantly drip irrigation and clay pellet substrate.
I also have not picked Nutes, I have no clue other than what I read.
going to be starting with a cutting of "Industrial" or G13.
I also gave a nice collection of bag seeds but they are a crapshoot IMHO?
any help would be much appreciated!

Other parts I have,
ppm meter, (tap water runs 100 ppm at home.)
Large air pump and large air stone with tubing to aerate the reservoir.
Fluid pump to deliver nutes to 1/2" irrigation line line with feed lines to drip emitters on stakes
5 gallon bucket for reservoir, planned to be plumbed Dutch bucket style with return spouts from pots to a main return line to the reservoir.
need help choosing buckets size and Nutes???
peace,

I guess I should clarify as my subject line brought a joke but no help.
funny yes, help no....
Its not really a crawl space it is finished.
the space is sheet rocked, painted white and the floor is tiled, except the area under the stairs that is concrete and bare studs and the stairway, stairs painted white and I plan to box off the unfinished walls from the stairs down to the floor with 1/2" mdf.
I am adding two 4 gang electrical boxes and a plywood board to mount my ballasts.
Each 4 gang outlet will have its own 15 amp breaker.
I am adding a partition to separate the larger area into 2 so I can have veg and flower running at the same time.
still hoping to create a viable space, I have to find a way to drop A/C into from my central system.
more fun climbing around the attic!
Peace,
