I use a drip kit to test my ph and I could use another set of eyes if you’d be so kind (I fucking hate drip tests for this reason lol)CBDEC842-B7FC-4CBF-8810-3EFA8DF34C7D.jpeg6D78DFA4-F1F5-466D-ABF6-C88C30C92750.jpeg

Lol I’ve been staring at vials for weeks second guessing where I’m at. Haven’t had any noticeable ph issues, but finally broke down and had to get another opinion. I’ve picked up several different digital meters and after supposedly calibrating them I could never get a consistent reading. Although this is its own special brand of pain in the ass I figured it was more failsafe

I wasn’t checking ph at all in the beginning, was under the impression soil will buffer. Started having some random spotting/crunchy spots so started checking, my water comes out at 8+ so might have been good to start checking.

If this is your run off? If so, it's gonna be different than what's going on in your root zone... hence why you need a digital direct soil probe meter for accuracy. If you're dry root zone is at lets say 6, and you pump in 6.5 , the run off may read 6 still, or lower depending on how your particular medium buffers it. Too many variables with run off testing.

Hold the bottle in front of the chart it came with and match it....just like a paint swatch on a wall.
Same light same color, don't be looking back and forth to match.
