What Wrong With my Cousins Plants.?????? (PICS)

I went to my cousins house today n took a look at his plants that hes growing outdoors and there all pale compared to my plants..i wanted to kno whats wrong with them.?any advice is highly appriciated...
here r some pics:



And is this a male or Hermie.?


Also when i picked up the male plant to transplant it look what i found.

If any of those plants were female it doesnt look like it anymore.Plants definately needs transplant.Dude wtf?

Its cool dude but get rid of that male its of no use unless you plan on breeding.
For females you want to look for white hairs coming from between nodes if you see balls or sacs forming its male and get rid of it.

Looks like a N def and root bound. Id transplant and then check out your pH for any probs. It could be locking out N if your feeding it N.

The only onevthats root bound is the male b that ones gone..

No they weren't but I starting giving them nutes at 25% of the full strength
