what wrong with my plant W/ PICS

ok a little background info. They were in fafard potting mix until like 2 or 3 days ago when i transfered her over to fox farm happy frog. She is 3 weeks and 5 days old and is under a 600 watt lumatek running a 400 watt mh bulb. She Started showing these signs like 4 to 6 days ago and seems to be getting worse. besides what you see in the pics she is also a very yellow green color. I tried using AN 3 part system which seemed no to show improvment. I thought i was a ph problem so i flushed her 6 times with plain water last night so hopefully that fixes the problem but anny suggestion im desperate

looks like it needs water and a nitrogen boost plants turn yellow cause of lack of light or the big N. lift your plant to feel if it needs water or put your finger in the top soil about 2 knuckels deep if it feels dry water but it could also be that there is too much water. it will take a little time but eventually your get it it looks great tho!
