What wrong with this plant?

if you think its reacting to the new light, take it out of the light and put on a windowsill or other low light situation and see if it recovers, then maybe later put back in when its a bit bigger & stronger. In the past i've had seedlings that dont like leds much for example.

I think I figured it out it's starting to bounce back I think I had my light set to 50 instead of 25 so it might have been causing stuff plus I think I wover watered it so im letting it dry out
