Whats better quality?

I am currently using these dry amendments for veg stage and have same stuff, but Formula II for flowering. I am possibly looking into switching up nutes to dime general organic liquid nutes. Just wanted to get some more info from others, please any advice is appreciated.

I use both organic and ordinary nutes,

For veg.
Tomato feed
Fish mix
Liquid seaweed

But first 2/3 weeks water only.

For flower
Liquid seaweed
Bio bizz/Bio bloom
Maybe tomato feed
