What’s causing my plants to do this?

My once healthiest plant during veg is giving me a hard time. I’ve given 2tsp tiger bloom, I use PH drop test I was maybe thinking it could possibly be throwing the ph off, but other plants look better just curling leaves. My fans also don’t oscillate but I keep one aiming ground and one towards light completely off plants. I know it could be a lot of different factors someone help me out View attachment 4917770

Looks like "the Claw" to me which can be caused by wind burn (too much wind), over watering, nitrogen toxicity, bad soil among other things. I'll put a link to an article and possible fixes. https://www.growweedeasy.com/curling-or-clawing-cannabis-leaves

Over-watering, watering to frequently. you have to let that baby dry-out before watering her again!

Naw. Looks like overwater or starting to lockout stop feeding and let the container completely dry. Then go back to your watering. But be careful and don't over do anything. From feeding to watering
