In ocean forest and received a little bit of medione.

Insect activity, probably thrips.
Check the undersides of the leaves.

Looks like Leaf Hopper damage..
Species doesn't matter, they all die the same!

So nuke’em? Should I spray em all with nuke em preventively or just the effected?

Yes spray them all.. IPM (Integrated Pest Management)
