A method I like that is very simple and low cost is making chocolate with an oil-based Tincture. I like to use coconut oil because it's fairly solid at room temperature, but any vegetable oil will work, you'll just need to keep the chocolate refrigerated. I Heat the Oz. of trim & bud in a pot or saucepan with 250Ml of coconut oil at 150 degrees C for 30-60 minutes. Of course, make sure the material is ground fine enough to be fully submerged in the oil.
Note that it's important not to exceed the smoke point for whichever oil you decide to use. For coconut oil, this is approximately 171 degrees C.
Allow cooling to between 50-80 degrees C before adding sugar and cocoa powder.
With the oil I use I add 100 grams of cocoa powder and 150 grams of brown sugar, but the recipe is very flexible in terms of using different ratios for a sweeter chocolate or a less sweet "dark" chocolate. You can also increase or decrease the weight of dry ingredients all together to change the consistency as well as potency since the oil is what contains the THC.
Refrigerate the chocolate so it "sets" into solid pieces and eat it plain or use warm/melted as a topping on many different things.
