My fudge always turns out runny....really tasty, just never sets up...I havent tried to make it in years.

try the recipe on the marshmallow cream jar. I could never get it to turn out until I tried that kind, then success !!!

Yeah, that's the kind I don't like,lol!My mom makes this old fashioned fudge that tastes like fudge...but ya gotta beat it with a wooden spoon till your arm falls off, put your arm back on, and beat it some more.

I think my mom made that kind, you had to beat it until it was shiny or something like that. Hell the marshmallow cream kind just about kills your arm stirring.
I love the way it smells when you are boiling the butter/sugar/evap.milk together. That is such a yummy smell.
