Are all plants looking like that, or just the one? If you're numbers are accurate, I'd say everything is fine. Probably just that one plant unfolding its new growth. They look a pretty healthy shade of green to me.

Maybe the growth is so fast ? And the one plant shows more then the other and their both Persian pie from green house seed co

Increase RH and/or decrease light intensity. To much light and not enough humidity.

Rh sits at 72 and no lower then 68
Then it's the latter! It's hard to run LED's optimally in tents. Manufacturers recommendations often state numbers and certain distance from the canopy to be optimal, this is total BS info and doesn't tell anything about how much of that light is usable to the plant.

Manufacturers false numbers and low ceilings in tents make it a recipe for failure to start growing with LED's. Doesn't mean it's possible to grow A+ smoke with LED's and low ceilings, you just have to start monitoring and listening to the plants response instead of blindly following numbers and recommendations like "optimal distance from the canopy" that in reality doesn't tell you anything constructive.

Yeah I’m not following the distance recommendations I’m just following ppfd numbers and dli levels over 18hr light cycle

I'll advice you to stop treating your plants like spreadsheets! They don't care about numbers while humans do. They only want what's optimal for their own growth and life cycle. I would argue that the the only ones that can tell you what the optimal environment and light distance is, is the plants themselves?

Ppfd, DLI and other data should only be used to replicate data for a already known environment for a know strain in production by logged data. Without any data you can't possible have any data to replicate for said strain? I hope you understand my reasoning?
