Whats going on wit Midget MiMi (deformed plant leaves)

there is no telling what i did to mimi, she was a small seed and an even smaller plant, she went into flowering at 1 1/2 inches tall, i chopped off the top cola, moved, brought her with, replanted her, and she's grown alright!! she's still teeny weeny, but shes got sets of one and a few sets of two and three leaves, who knows what i did, just curious if she will bud, she has all her flowering spots, a lot of white pistils but its been like this for a month or two she hasnt thickened out, she is starting to grow new stems from some of the leaves i clipped just curious if she is stuck this way... pics follow...

what kind of light are u using look to me like its not enough? im not 100% on that one but i seen a plant switched from outdoor to some cfls and it was not enough light for the plant the leaves looked like that

its always been outside, it even gave me a couple seeds!! 1 didnt sprout, but another did, so i guess ill see if its genetics or my own mistake.... thanks for the reply!!!

It is re-veging it started to flower and now the days are getting longer and it had revered to veg

thanks that is what I thought too, but the one leaf leaves? i assume from shock?

The one blade leaves is what they do when they re-veg they will also start growing twisted and deformed
