PH is 6.5-7.0. I don’t think there underwatered because I just watered them and I feelThey look like they are starving.. are you feeding them, and ph water you give them?

They are in fox farm ocean forest soil and I only give them water and superthriveThey look hungry to me and you don't mention what kind of soil they are in or nutrients they are getting.

Whatever they are in it looks like it would have good drainage as long as there are good drainage holes. ?

I just water till it comes out the bottom holes of the cupThey certainly shouldn't be hungry then. Watering technique as I requested? Light? Drain holes?
