Do you think she'll be ok?
she not looking good i never made it to flower with bad roots
is that the only plant you have i'm thinking by look of bud and leaves not looking good to finish not getting nutrients to live and build up buds
the chance of root stain with the look of plant don't think it's stain
is their any white root near bottom like this if so she may make it

Holy shit those roots look like they came from a tree from The Lord of the Rings. Focus on keeping your root zone happy and white first before trying to diagnose deficiencies. I dont know much about DWC because I only ran it once, but I know roots like that are not happy.

I recommend you immediately change your reservoir out with fresh water, preferably chlorinated tap water. Then get some 29% Hydrogen Peroxide, and add (I think!) 185mL Hydrogen Peroxide to 1 Gallon (3750mL) to make a 17% dilution. Put this gallon into your reservoir and let it sit for 2 days. The Hydrogen Peroxide will highly oxygenate your water and oxidize all the decaying plant matter. Your roots have a bit of root rot that you can definitely get rid of. This sanitizing will kill off all of your beneficials but it will revert your plants back to an aerobic metabolic state. Right now your decaying roots are making a kind of alcohol that is signaling your plant to switch to an anaerobic method of growth which is undesirable.

After 2 days, the Hydrogen Peroxide has completely reacted and oxidized itself to completion and you can dump in some mycos such as Orca. Dump in a tablespoon of Actinovate (Streptomyces lydicus) and 1/4 cup of Cease (Bacillus subtilis) and/or BotaniGard (Beauvaria bassiana). These will colonize your root zone and protect it from further damage. Use fresh RO water charged with Calcium. Magnesium, and Iron.

Increase root zone aeration as well.
