Whats Good Rollitup! First time posting, Week 5 of flowering Chemdog.

ok bro sorry i know this is your thread but another question i wake up this fuckin morning and my sexy ass chem dog has ONE POLLEN SACK ON THE WHOLE FUCKIN PLANT IM BEYOND PISSED. i am not going to throw the plant away no way in hell im doing that. im not selling this weed im smoking it. and the problem is i only have one tent. and my exodus cheese plants and hawaiian snow plantsare all in the same tent. wtf should i do cut the little sack off? or will that create more problems?

if you dont throw the plant away or move it they will all get pollinated so its your choice.

no.. cut it off. if it comes back, cut it off. repeat. 5 weeks of flower so.. yeah.. i'd say you're fine. when you cut it off don't have any fans running

I had the same situation arise about 3 weeks in it was very tiny when i spotted it... i think it might of been a light leak before i changed my room around and fixed said issue. All i did was remove it as if i was removing a leaf. The sack reminded closed and intact and i just threw it away after wrapping it in a bag. Since then i always check my girl meticulously for any sign of herm. I havnt seen anything since and have no issues.

yo dude i just chopped my Chemdog cross called Purple PineDog heres a couple pics man it was hermied but the quality made it worth keeping despite the herms.

that looks really really delicious mang +rep for sure on that. How late did it herm out on you, did it effect your whole garden?

it hermed right from the get go dude, i mean this thing was a hermie thru n thru i think it was because it was from an accidental fem cross from a fem Chemdog w jus 1 pollen sack on it that i didnt see hit my Pineapple Chunk Cheese Pheno female and i only got like 2 seeds. and this one hasnt affected my garden i kept it down wind from all the other plants the entire time and kept it touching anything else it was sittn off by itself down wind. i wont be surprised if i find 10-20 seeds thru my crop of about a half lb of various strains.

So guys i get home from work today and go in to do my usual admiring of my girl and to my dismay i find....... seeds.... I was super bummed at first but you cant let things get you down so im still super pumped to finish "PAT" its new name out haha (++if you get the reference) I figure i finish the flower on it and what ever i get turn into oil and butter... ill be needing a new dabber i think Ill post some pics with in 24 hours for you guys. Lucky ive noticed that its only really effected the bottom of the plant not so much on the top. I havnt seen any on the main cola at all yet. FINGERS CROSSED. It baffles me bc i only saw the one male flower that was tiny and closed that i took off and disposed of and have not seen any male traits since... There is not a single male flower on the entire plant.. slightly baffled. But thanks for sticking around on this guys ill keep you updated and I promise to do a picture guide to my oil making.

If you ever have a plant hermie again use Dutch Master Reverse... BTW is the Chemdog that you have from Greenhouse Seeds?

Looks nice I have chemdog at 40 days and looking juicy.

Coming into week 7 and still feeding her with the general organics go line and shes really putting on weight. Unfortunately we have had a very unseasonably warm past week and its been a bitch to keep it cool in my flowering room. Hooked up the AC yesterday and its def helping 100%. Due to the heat theres def been some fox tailing issues but ya live and learn this being my first grow i was not expect perfection (hell i was gonna be happy if i made it to flowering haha). It def put on some weight though over the past week i had to tie it up bc it was almost about to topple over from the weight of the main cola. Ill be posting new pics of week 7 here in the next day or so.

No i wish i had half way decent genetics i only have these chemdog kick me downs.

i have GreenHouse version....it has very good potential, i had 1 that came out so dank it was rediculous, 1 bowl n your face was numb. but there is a hit or miss factor i suppose and its easy too stress into hermie for sure.

Ive seen alot of journals of chem lineage herming out...its weird.

well i just lost all my Chemdog clones and i only have 2 left n no beans, and their both flowering so i cant take clones.... im guna finish out the 2 i got going and then retire the strain, if i run it again it will definetly be a different version. im not hating on Greenhouse version at all, its awesome, but i feel like it could be better and i know it can be so im prolly guna try the Alpha Dog from Alphakronik seeds its Snowdawg BX x Chemdawg.
