Whats the best coco??

Okay so im switching to coco and perlite and want to know what coco is the best Im thinkin canna i need sum than i can wash once and mix with the perlite and plant my girls and i know what goes with coco i grow hydroponicly right now and im finishing my flower with happy frog soil and im done with soil till winter. and how many times a day do you hand feed im shooting for 1 or 2 times a day so any help would be greatfull!!!!

well i think im going to go with Roots Organic Coco fiber hydroponic mix has any one ever ran with this stuff??
