What's the Best Cool Tube Reflector ?

I need to lower the temp in my grow closet it's okay with one light in veg but in flowering I use 2x 400 watters. Even with two fans the temp is still 85-90* we want it under 80* right? What's the choice cool tube that most grower use and like? And what fan do you use the cheap $30 one or is it better to use the $80 one that's maybe quieter?

eg of what you need, make sure the cooltubes are suited to 400w that small centrif will do the job for 2x400 in daisy chain. This purchase will put a up a few levels as a grower.
