How old are they?
What kind of soil is that?
Are you using tap water?
Have you checked the PH?

I suspect there were some pre-existing nutes in the soil. That looks like nute burn to me.

my advice would be to cut down on the nutrients ....just mix them half strength ...or just use fresh water ...my plants were doing well i should say are still doing about the same thing.
also might be a problem with the heat on your night cycle .
