I dont know everything there is to know about Cali law dude, but im pretty sure nowadays if your growin n you got an ID, your gonna be just fine. Especially if your growing under your legally allowable limit. The only thing people like you lucky cali folk really have to worry about now, is telling too many people and getting robbed. Now there's a whole different can of worms alltogether. Matter of fact im curious - If i were a Cali grower and everything were Legit, and then somebody came along and jacked my garden - Would this then be a reportable offense or what? how does that work now? Would the LEOs actually take a report and actively persue the issue, or would they just kinda shrug it off and treat it like a normal "drug deal gone bad" typa situation.
yea I don't like it either. I don't mind the two guys, the girl is the problem of course.

Got all contraband out of the house and broke down the closet grow. Only thing in the house is my baby but shes hidden nicely. They would have to have a warrant and be pretty pissed off for anything to go wrong.

I know that getting in trouble PERIOD is something that nobody wants to have happen to them in the 1st place if theyre growing illegally, thats a no brainer. But in a case where your only growing 1 plant (depending on where you live of course), if i were you i would just check my local laws. In my state for instance, if i were to get caught with a 1 plant operation, sure it may be enough to get raided or what have you, but in the end i wouldnt even see a jailcell. It would end up being a $100 fine, whereas 1 plant would count as 100g of plant material, and anything equivalent or under 100g is considered a minor misdemeanor, and constitutes getting fined rather than jailed. I'd personally throw caution to the wind, n just let them keep trying to bust me over and over again, lol. Check your local laws. You might find that the manufacturing laws in your area are more lenient than you thought.
..Also, if youre in the U.S.A, i'd be paying close attention over the next few months. The AMA is reviewing the classification of Cannabis as being a Schedule I drug. Once reviewe, hopefully all of that its going to change, and along with the Scheduling Classification, The laws will also change with it.
-but regardless, if you are paranoid about who knows about your grow, just make an effort to let it be known to everybody that you quit growing because the nuggs werent worth the paranoia. From there just make sure you follow through and keep the facade up until everybody basically forgets that you were ever really into growing in the 1st place.
