What's the problem with my plant?

Well i also went with the actinovate, gave all 34 plants a good wash, don't see any dust or pm on the plants after they dried. Hit the stems/stalks real good as well. I'm gonna follow it up with this pm wash crap in a few days. Anyone ever use this pm wash? From reading the bottle it says it's 99.99% water lol. Suppose to be "frequency water", I think i got ripped but i didn't want to make the pm if that's what it is resistant to anything. Hopefully it works and I'll let you guys know how it turned out

Also removed all inner small branches and non light receiving leaves that aren't gonna produce anything of quality. That should help with getting good air flow through the insides of the plants.
