Is it worth checking the branches before 7 days for snap/crunch test? Got a 3 or 4 ft plant drying in a tent w 65F n 62-65%humidity. What should i do/expect?

first grow ever all help super appreciated

When I 1st began I dried a plant in 3 days. I do not recommend this lol.
I remember growing in corn fields back in the day, we would go chop em after dark and spend all night trimming, we would break them down to popcorn sized nugs spread them on window screens with fans & dehueys and have that shit bone dry in like 24-48 hours lol. Looking back now I have to laugh lol

60/60 rule is best to follow, 60 °F / 60% RH. Most plants should take 14-15 days to be properly dry and ready for trimming.
I've learned you want some light passive airflow when hang drying but not directly blowing on the buds.

I will be honest my curing tent probably runs more like 70 °F / 60% RH but the results are still pretty good. It just takes more like 13-14 days.

I've never been able to make it past 5 day drying, even with a humidifier in the closet. This time I tried keeping the door a little tighter so it doesn't have as much low RH air getting in from my room. I'm at day 7 now, and so I'm hoping I can make it at least until Sunday. Got Maiden on Saturday, so I really don't want to come home and have to jar weed, :bigjoint:
