also the dryer weed is the more potent it is. the less water in a bud, the higher the thc% is. different ways to cure it may also help. the water cure may also help make buds more potent. thc is no water soluble but other chemicals in the bud are. you let the water absorb those chemicals, drain, then let the bud dry. you lowering the %s of other chemicals thus raising the thc%. as long as the buds are not being handled too much and the water isnt causing the crystals to fall off from hitting it too hard. think of every chemical in weed in a pie chart. anytime you lower anything, all other %s go up.

If anyone wants to research strains this site is always a good place to start. It doesn't have every strain that exists or has existed but it has 2381 different cannabis varieties. 2126 of them from 143 established breeders - linked and expanded with 77 pure local breeds, 34 clone-only strains and 144 various unknown or legendary varieties at the moment and new ones are added fairly often.
You can look down the list of White Widow and of course Black Widow (they list two of them if I remember correctly) and see which are more sativa dominant and which are more indica dominant.
