1. 1993 NL5 x Haze (I still have seeds but not 12 weeks to grow
2. 2013 GTH 1. Electric and done in 9 weeks. Freaked a lot of my friends out.
3. Amnesia Haze. Nothing but love with this strain.

BCSC NL5xhaze and NL5 x haze x Hawaiian indica from the mid 90's bright visually enhancing happy and stoney ... the haw added a tropical taste that was awesome too..

Antenna seeds purple lazer light super happy behind the eyes stoned... strong

Ghost train haze pheno I was gifted.. hard to grow well but she brought on the fear .. heart racing paranoia inducing high

Mr Nice SSH 2001 the super airy pheno that smelled like and tasted like insane skunk.... Blows all the elites of today out of the water

Fort Collins cough cut. Supposed nl5 x haze

amnesia haze Colorado cut

Any chance u know what haze was around NYC late 90s early 2000s? This is when the prices was crazy! Then the haze died out over time and on came sour. Anyway I’m looking for that strain to hopefully get my hands on it. I’m thinking it’s Nevilles Haze but I’m not sure.

Super silver, lemon, and just regular haze.

I like the lemon in my haze it's the smell and flavor I like best, the silver was the best for breeding with. I don't know what the first haze I grew actually was, most likely Nevil. It was just called haze, it came from Buffalo in the mid 90's., I crossed it with an AK47 that I picked up around the same time. The first Haze x AK47 cross that I made put out a couple killer pheno's that got cloned and went around. For a few years a bunch of growers picked them up and made mad money from them in the Buffalo area. I moved back to the West Coast after that and don't know if they stayed around or not.


When I came back they had Piff going around so I picked some of that up and smoked it and found some clones to grow, it had a ton of similarities to the original Haze but a more complex taste and smell even a bit more flavorful than the AK47 crosses I made. I'd grow that again if I could find a bit more modern strain that's had some more breeding work done on it. Right now the only haze I'm planning to run is Kernel Haze X Star Pupil, just got them in the other day.

I smoked a lot of haze from NYC since I’m next door in CT. Just don’t know what strain I’m looking for. A lot of people call haze and piff the same thing. Is the piff strain around?

same thing and no ..u can still go to dyckman and cop haze .. it might smell ok but taste and High is watered down times changed

To answer question in the op
1.piff .. I’d smoke this in 95 degree nyc weather in the park and be high for 3 hours clean .. No body high just a rocket ..red eyes

2.silver haze ..till this day idk if he shortened the name and it’s ssh or sh ..only thing that got me higher than piff .. I literally went in my room and when I closed my eyes the room spinned best and worst feeling ever .. fell asleep woke up and ate half the fridge

3.nevils haze hybrid.. the indica in these made the high strong but more Stoney .. but the nevils was basically what I grew up smoking as piff.. same look taste .. nevils isn’t sweet like the silver was it’s more pine ..

Thanx for the input. I know Dyckman still got it, big ass dimes. I’m looking for the seed tho, I wanna grow the shit myself. Just don’t know what strain to get.

we’re in the same boat I been doing my research if u can find some mr nice seeds for a good price then get the hazes but who knows what’s in there now and his prices are not too high but there up there

there’s a bunch of guys claiming they have old cuts and nl5 blah blah blah .. but for all the seeds they sell I’m not seeing or hearing anybody raving about there finds it just comes and goes

if u want some haze ima say u have 3 decent options 1. Connoisseur genetics 2. Karma .3 topdawg

jj is from nyc so he knows .. ojd has been on this haze shit for years and karma has been playing with the haze also ..

Fun question!

1 - Silver Haze - Grey Area in Amsterdam May 2001. Most likely the Sensi seed version. Colors super bright let's go do stuff fuel. Van Gogh museum came alive.

2- Columbian Gold (name?) - Interlocken July 2001. They called it Columbian Gold but it was straight sativa wispy bud but completely purple stem, flower, everything. Grown in the Swiss mountains. Super hazey adventure candy.

3 - Jack Herer - ? - Amsterdam circa 2007. Prob the Sensi seed version. Similar to the silver haze but more haze to it and more of a pine flavor. Thicker smoke.

IMO Ace Seeds has the best haze selection. Planning to run their Oldtimers Haze in the next few months. They just mentioned another purple haze drop on ig. Snow high has some awesome offerings that are more expensive but I haven't tried any of his gear yet so I can't speak on it.

Your right ace should be 1 then the rest to follow .. U kno what it is ace uses landrace pure stuff so I was thinking of the already popular ones .. nevs , ssh, etc

my only gripe with ace is I bought kali China and the kali China x haze .. and none of my seeds popped .. I tried 2 fems each and nothing .. these seeds came directly from ace I even got the 5 free Panama seeds .. I was kinda pissed bc I had seeds pop from 10 yrs ago at that time but I never bashed ace just said ima try again in the future

just to throw this out there, authentic genetics/todd mccormick sells what is said to be original haze ibl direct from sam the skunkman... right now (till the end of may) is 30% off $100+ orders. seems worth checking out if you are a haze head.

1. Best haze I ever smoked was the NYC piff/haze that came from Washington Heights...sadly that shit has gone extinct.....chimera apparently had brought it back, but I never got to try his seed offerings to judge for myself...

2. Was a haze I copped in Trenton, NJ...shit was strong as fuck...and as odd as it sounds, tasted like waffles that were covered in syrup....a 0.5 gram bag could get 3+ people high for 3 hours.

3. Was a Blueberry haze that tasted like blueberry pancakes....seriously...tasted like haze on the inhale, then on the exhale it was blueberry pancakes...not sure where the guy who let me smoke it got it from...it was random, he showed up to a spot I chilled at, looking for this girl I knew, she wasn't there and he was like "wanna smoke this with me?" And me and one of my boys were like "hell yeah" then we tasted it and were both like "holy shit" lol

4. Nevilles haze...I used to cop this and sell it on the regular...everyone loved it.

5. Bubblegum haze...smoked this at my boys sisters house, I told him I wanted bubblegum, some guy he hit up with it stalled us out all day, after waiting 7 hours, the guy still never showed up...his sister called him and said come smoke, we got there and sure enough she had bubblegum haze...shit tasted like a mix of haze/bubblegum and got us high as fuck.

6. Purple haze...I know, I know, not the 1960s purple haze...nonetheless whoever made the version I smoked, did an incredible job...had that purple taste mixed with haze, very potent smoke.

7. Super silver haze....strong, yes...tasted great...wasn't as powerful as my top 6 though...still very powerful in its own right.

I could list more, but trying to rank them past that is hard, as they are close in potency and all had unique tastes.
