I know the heat issues all to well, 1000w hps dimmable ballast so right now I'm at 750w almost 3 weeks flowering and my temps can get hot if I don't have good ventilation and air flow. Normally I only grow during cold season but I'm not going to finish until end of June maybe into July.

Like Redeye 420 days, get a small ac. Get one with a digital temperature adjuster and hose attachment . U set your humidity and away u go...
Small ac won’t eat to much electricity.
mini ac seems the most logical (but more expensive watt wise). Plenty of other good ideas posted.
Having no windows in the room is a pain (as I'm guessing it takes far longer for the room to cool down from the day temps).
Meaning running at night (say 7 to 7) probably isn't going to have the positive impact on lowering temps.
And I'm guessing there is no way to bore a hole (in one of the walls) to create a vent route.
Most other techniques (other than the ac) would probably be a little 'bodge job'. Buckets of water and ice, sitting behind fans running full tilt
If you're not opposed to it, perhaps try a Cooltube setup. That might help lower the temp a few degrees.
Where are you venting too? If you're just venting from the top into the room your just heating the room. You need to get that hot air out.
I have the same issues with heat sometimes. My tent is in a garage and in the winter I run the lights at night when it's colder than daytime and vent directly into the garage because I want the heat in the room. When it warms up I run the lights at night and vent through the attic to a vent outside. In fact I just switched over to venting outside and it's only May. We're having record breaking temps here in Oregon. In fact it's supposed to hit 90 tomorrow. When it gets real hot I have a portable air conditioner I put in the tent and use a Y duct splitter to vent outside with the light.
If you have room you might look into getting a portable AC and putting it in your tent. It takes up some space but I use one in a 4 x 4 for a couple months in the summer when it gets really hot and doesn't cool down at night. You still have to exhaust the air out of the room.
