Exactly. Just like not everyone can get into country, not everyone can get into the whole bang bang shoot em up shit. Hell one of my fav. songs is a dead prez song rapping about killing cops.

I used to feel that way too so I turned to underground hip hop and Hard rock.
and to answer your question, these new rappers say that stuff because the guys before them did and i assume these old school rappers talk sex drug etc cause they really lived it.
