i was thumping around cleanin up behind my veg box, and accidentally flipped the on/off switch on the surge protector. the light went off, and i waited 15 minutes to turn it back on. afterwards i flipped the switch back to the on position. it did not come on, and hasn't came back on since last night. i thought i blew the bulb and put in the hps, it did not work either.
