hey.... below is pictures of 2 different clones that have the same problem, the main stalk seems to dry from the out side in, its skin cracks as it grows, i accidently stapped one yesterday with no force what so ever and on further checking the stalk was very brittle... Any ideas? Thanks Chris

I would transplant those into something a lot bigger and bury that woody stem in the soil. new growth looks green but no idea why that is happening to stem.

That has nothing to do with how old the plants that you took them from are. It also has nothing to do with where on the plant you took them from either. That looks like rot, from too much water or a fungal issue , again from too much water.

Thanks guys, just going to scrap them, i think its some soil issue, the were top cuts taken from a healthy 6 month old mother, the first 2 pic show the soil to look very wet buth had only been watered 10 mins before... they were only just potted on 1 week previous and were really healthy before... no cat or high wind or gooey at bass.... the center of the stalk seams to have changed to a cork (from a bottle) like looking material... they still look healthy but fuck it... sick plants give shit yields... was more just curious to see what i was doing wrong... thanks again... chris
