I don't know sh%t about hydro. But what I can tell you is that plant looks exactly like one does when it has been routinely and severely over-watered in a soil medium.

id say keep an eye on ur pH, exchange water in ur res tank weekly, make sure ur not over feeding and make sure to keep a high humidity

seems you are at the max end of the temp range. anything higher and the dissolved o2 diminishes exponentially. I would bet this the primary cause of the problem.
those roots look pretty bad but nothing that I havent seen being able to grow out of. your plant looks pretty bad though.
I would lower the temp in that res to around 65 asap and add couple teaspons of h202. and u r prob gonna have to foliar feed/water her until she recovers if she recovers. use a wetting agent like a drop of dish soap in your spray bottle. and dont spray under hot lights. I dont see any healthy roots and can only hope for you that they appear shortly.

if the temps are too high in the res doesnt matter if you have a million airstones-the h2o cant hold the o2-if u r gonna keep that res temp that high than I suggest dialing back the nutes to half strength

i used a box of ph down mix that said "acid" but i think you can use vinegar just as easily but it may mess up nitrate overload or may leave residual taste in buds, no need for me to use a ph up because our tap water already runs on the akaline side
Problem resolved the plant died completely in about 72 hours quite sure now that it was a res temp problem causing over watering and bacteria growth in res tanks
