What’s wrong with my plant

I have two plants in my grow tent: both the same type of seed. Yes the plant on the right is smaller but from what I’ve read it’s normal to have plants different sizes even if from the same strain. The smaller one on the right looks to be healthy and happy. The bigger plant on the left however hasn’t been looking too good. It is droopy and lifeless and a couple tips of the leaves are crispy. Anybody know how one plant could be perfectly healthy and the other struggling even when they are in the same environment and on the same feed?

the one on left looks overwatered, perhaps its not drinking as fast or it drains less efficiently

Your runoff is literally going onto the floor of the tent. Put the cargo net back in your SUV and worry about the main issue. No idea where the great idea of water and wood together would be a great idea.

Where did you get your seeds? Because I was having a similar concern and I'm pretty sure it was just bad genetics. I had 5 seeds and only one has looked fully healthy through the first 4 weeks of veg. And mine are literally all in the same DWC res in a 2x4 tent. I started a thread and everyone told me how much of an idiot i was for using crop king seeds lol.
