Whats wrong with my plant?

No reason to worry at all. The leaves just haven't opened up completely yet, but that looks like a healthy ass stem so far :). I would say start worrying in a couple weeks if you notice any problems during veg.
 
yeah man, no worries, I've thought the same back in the days when seedlings came up all gimpy and have bigger leaves on one side... They all manage to straighten out.

Awesome, the plant looks better today and seems to be growing fast actually. the temps are around 84*, i want to work on getting that lower over time and i need to get a humidifier cause the RH is like 22%.

Just put a bucket of water in the room and it will help humidify in the meantime.
