What's wrong with thie entire industry in Colorado?

When you ask someone to come in and interview on a holiday then you make them sit in a stupid fucking trendy ass coffee shop for over half an hour waiting while you talk to some dumbshit transplant who doesn't even know wet from dry trim. Every trim company I've worked for can't hold onto enough work to keep us going 7/days 40/hours. They over look qualified growers to hire people with little to no experience cause they fear you know more then them. Come on Colorado get your heads our of your asses and let actually do work.

I'm telling you. ...lots of employers look at my resume and say I'm over qualified (diesel mech)

Just recently I applied for a night mechanic job and was specific about having knowledge on Mack and Kenworth trucks..well bam I'm ur guy. ...what do they do...hire an tech school student and didn't last 1 month. ...now they are hiring again.

P.s. of course I got the trim job just really need to see more professionalism across the board
