What's wrong with this lady?

Transplanted this lady from my DIY bubbler propagator to my Wilma some 24 hours ago. She doesn't seem to be doing so well. Her sisters are better off.

It looks shocked to me. If the other are going well then I would give this girl a couple more days to start perking up.

That main stem is really droopy ..In a soil container I'd say over watering but idk about hydro.... The other leaves seem ok...If plant is still growing add a stick to tie the plant to it

looks like your water line isn't high enough, deflated from lack of water.

The shock thing is going to be it.....be patient, it will recover and begin spreading its roots.
