Do you read the whole thread before you respond to a post? “that shit isnt being sold by any of these guys and imo is extinct.” That’s what I was referencing and if you haven’t seen people say that in numerous threads about strains, I guess you’re not reading the same threads as myself.

your loss. He literally has blueberry muffin x vintage blueberry and the lines he uses pre date DJ short’s. He has strait blueberry and lots of crosses with bb.
Worth listening to the potcast if you don’t stay too hung up on some pre conceived idea those terps no longer exist

Sounds good....but the strain blueberry muffin isnt that pre99 blueberry muffin pheno....ive smoked both and the pre99 is way more potent and the flavors just better/stronger.

I have 20 seeds coming of blueberry muffin.....but that just isnt pre99.

People have sold lots and lots of rks and blueberry the last 20 years and nobody has found rks or blueberry like it used to be.

Best I've smoked recently was Sundae Driver . Two strains I'd love to find that I had back in the early 2000's would be Brothers Grimm Apollo 13 and Sugar Blossom , not sure of who bred the Sugar Blossom . Those and the first plants I ever grew in '79 , all we knew was that the seeds came from Maine , were giant sized , and they called it Hindu Kush .

I've got a couple SC blue dream x apollo 13 females about 10 days in flower. Hoping to get the blueberry from the BD and high from the a13

I grew DJ’s blueberry around 2000 and was great but this pre 99, is that what I often heard as the Oregon blueberry?

Was there other blueberry lines or just a line that contained a blueberry terp called Blueberry pre Dj?

edit: There were and are tons of different blueberry cuts. The one that me and most people who are talking about is frost covered and smells and tastes like blueberry. Anyone who would have held a cut or had an old pack of pre2k DP in the last 10 years wouldn't have parted with it. Nothing smells and tastes more like blueberry.

I’d have to do some digging for pics, that was a couple phones ago.

It was definitely very frosty and blueberry smelling. Frosty fan leaves as well. Just a big time bug magnet where I’m at and I ain’t got time for that.

Ive got limited growing experience but so far Alien Sour Apple has been my favorite to grow. Just easy as hell, not finicky at all.

For smoking:

Pre 99 Blueberry....my all time favorite for its taste and powerful effects....truly was something special....1 day ill find something I enjoy this much (hopefully) and keep it

The pre99 was blueberry at its best....it had 1 particular pheno that tasted like Blueberry Muffins to the absolute MAX...it smelt like it and i swear the whole room did after smoking it...just like blueberry muffins....and it would get you high as hell....some of the strongest ive had was pre 99 blueberry.

In 2000 the line was reworked, and became not as good....i believe it was 2004 or so when DJ lost his plants and around 2006 when he released a new "original" blueberry and it was good bud just wasnt blueberry....that blueberry flavor never came back to regular blueberry but there are males used in crosses from todays version that carry a blueberry flavor just not as good as the pre 99 or even slightly after.
