trim em up nicely....i hang dry on the stocks for a few days , then i cut off all the nigs and put em in a jar for a few weeks / a month.....make sure you burp the jars tho or youl get mold and shit

I TRIM AND DE STEM everything WET, THEN it all goes into a brown paper bag for 5-10 days, i fuff it once or 2x a day, and i much prefer it to hanging it all up to dry, i need the space in my garage that the 20-25 drying plants will take up, so this worked eaiser, and more effieiently for me.. for ME is the key your temps and humidity will dictate how you have to dry it, i was trying to hang it and it dries too fast here.. so the bag slows it down...

you gotta dry it slower, drying it to fast traps stuff in the bud. so dry gives you that store bought taste

I think with drying the environment i infinitely more important than the method
i completely agree, what works for one may not for the other because we all live in diffrent climates.. so things will allways be diffrent for everyone mine are ready to be burped after 5-10 days in the bag, bongable in 4-5 hehe

i dont know if trimming wet has anything to do with it though

Maybe if you hang dried without trimming them it would work. I hear you on the full garage tho'. Hanging plants takes madddd space.

That's why many experienced growers measure the humidity inside the container and arrive at a consistent result each and every time. Running a methodology where one dries for X number of days, then burps for XX number of minutes each day is essentially ridiculous, as you pointed out. We've come a ways since the 70s.

It doesn't.
