Hi! So I'm using cal mag from bio bizz. Good to know I can ignore it, not sure why they said to measure it!Well yes, calmag will register on a ppm/ec meter and the order of nutes is typically silica (if you use), cal mag, base nutes, additives and boosters (if you use)
So whatever you read is saying to add calmag until your water reads 300ppm, then add your other nutes, no need to test ppm after as the biobizz line is not going to give any usable info..
all that said, which calmag are you using? do your plants need the calcium? have you given any yet?
Yes I'm adding a low dose of bio bizz fish mix. About half a ml per litre. Will probably stop mid flowering or at least nearer the end. I read many places saying top max badly effects the taste so decided to skip that! I think the mix of kelp from bloom, natural molasses and fruit ferments, coconut water, fishand cal mag should have the plants covered! I followed biobizz almost exactly last grow using old-timers feeding regiment and my end result was pretty good but not great. So hoping the ferments and more knf style will help improve on the easy to follow bio bizz standard schedule.I would want to add grow or fish mix to that. Only bloom is to low in N. Biobizz is low in Mg so you could add either "Topmax" or Epsom salt. Depending on your "Cal-mag" you may add enough N, Ca, and Mg already
then just use their feeding chart? (and they don't as far as I see mention measuring ppm on it)Hi! So I'm using cal mag from bio bizz. Good to know I can ignore it, not sure why they said to measure it!
