You can't afford 600w, it's not a lot.Cos it's still gonna cost a fortune over year to run the 600

of course i can my friend . i can afford to run 6 1000w ers IF i chose . After all i do earn over £1200 English pounds a week as a plasterer BUT my space is only 8x5 . Plus i have ran 600W ers for almost 15years . just swapped over to quantum boards and WOW what a difference in every aspect .You can't afford 600w, it's not a lot.
I don't find I have much savings from any light, LEDs save but it's pennies because I'd run 500 to switch out a 600, 800 to switch out a 1000.of course i can my friend . i can afford to run 6 1000w ers IF i chose . Fucking class . Take better pics , be able to see buds alot clearer when ripening up . HAHAHAHAHAHAHA . Is it because YOU cannot afford the change over
I've just used the household LED screw in bulbs from Home Depot, Walmart, Dollar store, Costco, Canadian Tire, etc. and managed to get 1.5 g/w in flower as my personal best. However there are guys on ICmag that do that all the time and I give them credit for helping me along. I did eventually switch to quantum boards but am unfortunately unhappy with their coverage compared to my bulbs. It used to be that I could just screw in one bulb over each little seedling, and then slowly screw in more as the plant's tolerance to light and size grew. Now I can only dim, and I'm wasting so many photons on the surface of my soil or tent floor, I feel sorry for the waste of electricityMy personal highest has been 4lbs out of an 8x8 tent under 1280w. So about 1.4 g/w. Averaged about an oz per sq ft. Idk if thats high or low, but it took a lot to get that 1.4 g/w. I'm not saying it can't get higher, there is always things that go right and wrong in a grow, but sometimes things jus go very right and it soars above that expectation mark.
Vegged for ~2 months, multiple strains, 5 gal pots, scrog net, under 1280 cob watts. 4 meanwell 320s, different models -
2x HLG-320C-1400A
1x HVGC-320C-1050A
1x HVGC-320C-1400A
For a total of 20 cobs, (8 Citizen 1212's and (12) Citizen 1818's) mixed spec, but mainly 2700 and 3000k.
My average cost per oz, to grow 64 oz was $15.63 USD over 4 months.
What QB's do you have?... I did eventually switch to quantum boards but am unfortunately unhappy with their coverage compared to my bulbs ...
I bought four of the KingBrite 240W V4 lights for my 5X5 tent. What QB's do you have?
