when could i flower?(pics)

so i did find a local hydro shop and i think im going to get the nutes tomorrow. am i good to start adding nutes now?

well i started the flowering a while ago and i think ive got a female!!!

i dont see any pollen sacs and its got the thin hairs that stick straight up at the upper nodes.
