when do i change my light from white to red

enviro lights obviously do you change from white to red the same day u switch to 12.12 also i am going to use a 400watt hps when is the best time to add that. my enviros are 200watt cheers peeps

i would rather wait to save some cash i dont think the hps will be needed untill the las 5 weeks the 200 wat red enviro will be plenty untill then no need to waste electric plus it will grow like fuck when i switch it over so i want buds b4 i do so they fatten up real nice

if you already know why the hell do you ask??? a 400 hardly waste any energy.
