When do i harvest my 2 plants?

My cheese plant has about 80-90% brown hairs now and i have looked through my 100x microscope and most the trychromes are clear and cloudy..i am looking for a more couchlock high and therefore need to have more amber thrycromes, but it seems they just arent turning how many weeks shall i leave it until i chop her?

My second plant-blue cheese is roughly the same as the cheese trychromes but also the top main cola the hairs are only about 40-60% brown the bottom half of my plant is 80-90% so i am confused of what to do .

So my question is when do i cut down my cheese and when do i cut down my blue cheese??

But I think you already know when to harvest them from what yu've already told us. I too harvest by the trich color, I like BUD LIGHT !
